The meaning of the name “Copper Bond” references copper wire which is used to make connections for electrical circuits and also in plumbing where copper tubing is used. I also wanted to capture the bond or connection that happens with customers when a job is done well. There’s a trust built. I believe in diagnosing root causes and fixing those so that symptomatic issues don’t repeat. I am an excellent critical thinker. I also love teaching customers what I know to empower their decision making and maintenance needs.
I started my business out of a strong conviction that I can provide unique skills and customer service to homeowners. I enjoy the more challenging jobs like fine carpentry and furniture repair and solving weird plumbing problems rather than simpler jobs like removing lint from drier vents and assembling furniture. My audience is the homeowner who has an older home they’re proud of but which needs work to keep it in good shape or who wants some nice upgrades. I enjoy providing creative, out of the box solutions for customer problems that wow them with simplicity and functionality. I also enjoy listening to what customers want and researching the best solutions for them.
I am pursuing my B-2 residential remodel contractor license. Meanwhile, I am eager to provide unique handyman and construction solutions to homeowners who value their unique homes and want them to function well and last a long time. I am set apart in this industry by a combination of strong and clear communication, ethical business practices, high quality finished product, reasonable rates, and experience working on historical structures. I hope to get the chance to earn your trust!
